I (Barb Thornberry) have always had a love for dogs. Ever since my childhood, I've known dogs would be a huge part of my personal and professional life. I raise and show Golden Retrievers, and have done so for the past 14 years. I also have been a professional groomer for the past 13 years. I groom most all breeds, but specialize in Golden Retrievers since that is my breed. I also specialize in geriatric dogs and puppies, taking the extra time to make them have a good time and be comfortable. I groom by myself, so I can only take on friendly, people oriented dogs.

My grooming salon is in my shop, on my property. I have plenty of room, and a relaxed, happy atmosphere for your dog. I love what I do, and welcome new clients. I serve the Stanwood/Arlington/Sm. Point area. I am only 5 minutes off of I-5 exit #210 (236th St.)

I also board friendly, vaccinated dogs. Proof of vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper and Parvo need to be brought with you, this also includes Bordatella (kennel cough). Bordatella needs to be within the past 6 months.

Dogs aren't confined to small kennels here. They have spacious dog yards to run and play in during the day. During the night they are brought inside my large heated shop to sleep. It is truly more like going to doggy camp here than it is a boarding kennel.

While your dog is here, why don't you have them groomed? Then when you pick them up, not only will they be happy to see you, but will smell and look great!!

 

Services

The boarding charge is $20.00 per night. 2nd dog boarding together $18 per night.

There are no extra charges for "play" time, since they will be playing all day in their large yards.

If I provide food $2.00 per day.

Administer medicine $1.00 per application.
